Please come through main entrance (door open 8:30-18:30, after 18:30 press buzzer and club staff will let in- notify appointment with Altruistic Health)
Head up stairs, take a seat outside 'Altruistic Health' and wait to be collected (located to left at top of stairs- look for sign on door).
**CANCELLATION POLICY- PLEASES READ**
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call Altruistic Health on 07774 682893 and email info@altruistic-health.co.uk as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call and email at least 24 hours in advance on 07774 682893 or info@altruistic-health.co.uk- contacting Practitioner directly is not sufficient as they are treating patients and not monitoring technology for amendments to diary.
Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient full appointment fee for missed appointment.
